Shipment Processing

We make every effort to fulfill orders as soon as possible, all orders are required adult signature and are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on the weekend.

Return Policy

Oils and Gift boxes are not returnable nor exchangeable.

Perfumes purchased through the Essence Perfumes website are exchangeable or returnable as long as they are sealed and unopened, within their original packaging, and are in the same condition received.  All requests for an exchange or return must be made within three (3) days of receiving your order. Essence Perfumes is not responsible for any return shipping expenses due to buyer’s remorse returns, such as changed of mind, undelivered address or ordered by mistake. We do not return or exchange an item that was bought in another country. All returns and exchanges will have to be processed in the same country the purchase was made. Essence Perfumes operates in the United States.

We reserve the right not to sell to resellers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us, and or to limit quantities of any order, without giving any reason. If your order is canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have given us with the order. You will be refunded if your order is canceled before being shipped.

You are eligible for a refund or an exchange within 14 calendar days of your purchase. After 14 days, the returns/refund request will not be processed. 

To be eligible for a return or a refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as supplied. It must also be in the original packaging. PACKAGING MUST BE UNOPENED AND WITH ORIGINAL SEAL.

REFUNDS:

We aim to process all the refunds within 5 working days of the product being received at our warehouse. Once we have received your returned items will notify you via email about the return process after we have conducted the inspection.

The shipping charge is non-refundable on all orders and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • We do not offer refunds/returns on sale items.
  • We do not accept any returns that are requested beyond 14 days of the purchase eligibility period.
  • We offer replacements for the items lost in the post or received damaged (photographic evidence is required for damaged and broken items). We may request you to post the damaged products back to us.
  • Please allow us 12 days from the postal date to arrange a replacement if the item is lost in transit.
