Essence Perfumes, Inc does not accept Returns or issue Refunds.

All sales are final. 

Perfumes are a beauty personal item and cannot be resold after the seal is broken. As we sell authentic Arabian perfumes, we will not accept returns because of the counterfeits on the market. All our products are brand new, unopened, with original seal, and in excellent condition.
